Methodology of Inbound Marketing

Inbound marketing is a powerful means of driving interactions from a client base who have made the active decision to engage with your business. Unlike Outbound methods by where the communication is one-way and pushed by the business, Inbound offers two-way interactions before a consumer has decided to purchase from your business.

There is a 4 step process to get to this point:

Attract

Create the content and attract the consumer to your source of interaction. This could be your website, social media channel, email list or podcast.

Convert

Deliver a compelling reason for the consumer to convert with you. Having provided content, communicated and demonstrated your value, now is the time to turn this into revenue.

Close

Make your conversion and sale closure process a swift and easy as possible. Ensure the lead is nurtured through and offered further reasons to close.

Delight

Deliver your product/service and delight the consumer. Live up to the promises and continue the engagement and repeat the 4-step process again.
